Jad and Tala worked together to bake an orange cake as a surprise for Mom for Mother's Day. They gathered the necessary ingredients: butter, eggs, sugar, oil, and flour. They mixed everything together, and then Dad put the ingredients in an electric mixer. When Mom came home from university, she knew there was a surprise because of the aroma of the cake that filled the house. Jad gave her his gift, and Tala sang her a song for the occasion. Then they all started eating the cake. They noticed a strange taste, and Mom realized they had substituted salt for sugar. Jad started accusing his sister, and Tala began to cry. Dad tried to comfort her by telling her about a similar incident that happened when he was little, where he put salt in his coffee instead of sugar and served it to his parents. But the joy wasn't over, as Mom had prepared a tub of ice cream, and they all ate it together in the garden.
