On the day of her doctor's appointment, Tala hides, terrified of the vaccination. Jad, however, convinces her to go to the clinic in his own way. At the clinic, Tala's fear returns, but the doctor draws her attention to a display of balloons on the wall and asks her to count them. While Tala is doing so, she administers the vaccination, which Tala doesn't feel at all. Later, it's Jad's turn to get vaccinated, and it turns out he, too, is afraid of the needle. Tala tries to ease his fear, using the same approach he and the doctor had taken.
